Frat House coming to late night TV

It sounds like TBS is bringing the college, fraternity life to late night television. The station has ordered a pilot for a new show called “Frat House“. The new show is based on the 2003 hit movie “Old School“, you know the one starring Will Ferrell. “YOU’RE MY BOY BLUE!!!!!”

The premise of the show sounds pretty interesting.  It will feature three hosts, all comedians naturally, that will lead a group of guys who just want to go back to when things were simple.  And that would be the no worries, partying times experienced during their days at the frat house.

The show will be brought to you by the production company Bunin-Murray.   What are they known for, exactly this type of show.  They’re the ones who brought us MTV’s “The Real World” and E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

So who are the three hosts?

• Bret Ernst from Showtimes’ “Weeds”
• Theo Von from ABC Familys “America’s Prom Queen”
• Bret Kreischer from Comedy Central’s “Reality Bites Back”

Personally, I’ve never heard of these three so I’m really not sure what to expect from them.  I may have to check this out thou and see what it’s like.  Cause really who didn’t love Old School???
