OSVD - Ice Cube - It Was A Good Day

Today’s old school video of the day comes from Ice Cube, “It Was A Good Day”. It was a song that was a major hit in the early ’90s (released in 1993) and stayed popular for a very long time. Even today when you hear that song the head starts to nod and all the lyrics come rushing back. The song was and still is so popular that it was used over ten years later in the 2004 video game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

This was also a song that’s arguably one of the best rap songs of all-time. Don’t get me wrong it’s not in the top 10 but you can definitely make a case for top 25-50.
