Mr Hudson – Anyone But Him (Video)

Mr. Hudson has a new video out for his song “Anyone But Him” featuring Kanye West. The song is featured on Hudson’s second album, “Straight No Chaser“. In the song, the two artists rival for the hearts of a woman, sounds a lot like other songs Kanye has done. Hudson continually asks “Who is going to take you home?” and “Anyone but him”. So how’d these two start working together?

“There’s a queue of people asking him for beats and help, he’s working on his clothing range, and he’s got his own s**t to do as well. My whole approach was not to be demanding of him, but just to try and catch him when he was feeling disposed to help me.”

I’m curious to know what Mr. Hudson means by catching him when he felt disposed to help him. That would be a very interesting story to here. The two also perform together on the song “Supernova“.
