Faith Evans Gets Probation

Faith Evans was hit with a DUI charge back in August after getting pulled over by police and finally learned her fate today. The R&B singer was sentenced to 36 months of probation which isn’t too bad in my opinion.

Evans was initially charged with two counts of drinking and driving which could of earned her six months in jail. Luckily for her, her lawyers reached a deal which included her pleading no contest to a charge of reckless driving. That got her the probation plus a fine of $300 and a three month alcohol education program.

TMZ reports that the judge also ordered her not to drink and drive again. She better listen cause I’m sure she’ll get a much steeper penalty if it happens again.
