Pirates of the Caribbean 4 – First Look

While the first official trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides isn’t due till December 13th there has been leaked footage. “Entertainment Tonight” scored some behind the scene footage and released it to the public. It looks like exactly what you’d expect from this franchise, a hilarious and fun action comedy.

I still remember when I went to the see the first of the movies, I actually didn’t expect to like it. Instead I’ve fallen in love with the franchise and found it really enjoyable. I’m even happier with the news of Disney planning on versions 5 and 6.

The upcoming installment to the franchise has Johnny Depp’s character Jack Sparrow aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge in search of the Fountain of Youth. Sparrow’s also got a new nemesis, Blackbeard played by Ian McShane. Penelope Cruz also joins the cast as Angelica, the daughter of Blackbeard.
